Nearly 200 people attended the event, held in Madrid on March 28
MAPFRE RE has met with the top representatives of the insurance companies in the Spanish market, and with those responsible for the reinsurance areas of these entities.
Eduardo Pérez de Lema, CEO of MAPFRE RE, welcomed the attendees, thanking them for their support to the company in the development of its activity and their contribution to the entity’s position as a reference reinsurer in the market.
Esteban Tejera, Non-Executive President of MAPFRE RE and several members of the Management Committee and Board members of the entity also attended the meeting organized by Maite González, Regional Director.
This event was used to communicate changes in the direction of the Spanish market, which will be assumed by Fernando Sadornil, reporting directly to Maite Gonzalez, who will continue to be linked to the market holding the post of Regional Director.
As part of the event, attendees had the opportunity to visit the Fundación MAPFRE exhibition “From Chagall to Malévich“, which also has other artists such as Natalia Goncharova, Liubov Popova, El Lisitski, Vassily Kandinsky or Alexandr Rodchenko, among others.
After the visit, a cocktail was held in Recoletos 25.
